Generator Alternator Manufacturers

The core DNA of our machines has evolved from over 10 years of technical knowledge, expertise and skills. Covering a power range of 1 – 5,000 kVA, our alternators are designed to tackle the harshest environmental challenges anywhere with additional modifications to prevent corrosion, humidity, rust and temperature extremes from -67F to 257F. The speed of rotation (187rpm to 1,800rpm) is individually matched to the application and to various drive systems, such as hydro turbines.

• Power Regulation and Higher Efficiency: Our field-controlled regulators can reliably regulate power at better than 95% efficiency;
• Speed Controls: Speeds other than synchronous can be fixed to optimize engine power, fuel consumption and voltage output;

• Reliability: Increased reliability of system removing traditional excitation windings.

Low (LV), Medium (MV), and High Voltage (HV) customized alternators:

In double or single bearing, with digital AVR all designed for highly demanding industrial projects applications;

• 1 – 5MVA;

• LV – voltage up to 690V / MV up to 7,200V / HV up to 13,800V;

• Separate circuit-cooling by air or water feature is also available.

Hydropower Alternators:

• Synchronous alternators up to 10MVA, 380 – 15,000V, up to 32 poles, water or air-cooled, horizontal or vertical mounting;

• Asynchronous alternators up to 700kW, low speed, water or air-cooled;

• D2G – permanent magnet generators, steady speed without invertor, up to 500kW.
